We stand behind every one of our 女员工的滋味. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right!

The 100% Refund: If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund 100% of your order, limited to one unit per unique product.

No Return Necessary: To reduce our carbon footprint and save you a trip to the post office, you do not need to ship the product back to us. Keep it, gift it to a friend, or dispose of it as you see fit.

How to Request: Simply contact us through our contact form with your order number, and your reason for the refund and we will process your request in 1-2 business days. 

Additional Information

Address Accuracy:  Please double-check your aiav address at checkout. Because we process orders quickly to get them to you within that 3–6 day window, we may not be able to update an address once the order has been sent to our fulfillment center.

Damaged Items: While we pack our sauces with care, glass and transit don't always mix. If your order arrives damaged, please take a quick photo and send it to our team. We will issue a replacement or refund immediately as part of our 100% guarantee.

Customs & Duties: Since we ship within the EU, there are no hidden customs fees or duties for our customers in DE, FR, IT, or ES. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
